• 4 to 6 years of experience in an academic coordination role, Branch Incharge or Master Trainer
• Strong knowledge of academic standards and curriculum development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Roles And Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee academic programs and activities in the Hoshiarpur branch
• Develop and implement curriculum plans in consultation with the academic team
• Ensure adherence to academic standards, policies, and procedures
• Monitor student progress and provide necessary support and guidance
• Collaborate with teachers and trainers to enhance the quality of education
• Conduct regular meetings with teachers to discuss curriculum updates and training needs
• Participate in the recruitment and evaluation of teaching staff
• Manage student records and maintain accurate documentation
• Organize and coordinate academic events and workshops
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and educational practices
