Academic Coordinator (Primary) for School (Job Vacancy)

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement academic programs for primary school students - Coordinate with teachers to ensure curriculum alignment and student progress - Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide support as needed - Collaborate with parents and guardians to address academic concerns and provide updates on student progress - Conduct regular assessments to track student growth and identify areas for improvement - Organize and oversee extracurricular activities to enhance student learning and engagement - Stay current on educational trends and best practices to continuously improve academic programs - Manage academic resources and materials to support teaching and learning - Assist in the recruitment and training of teaching staff - Maintain accurate records and reports on student academic performance
