Position Title: Academic Coordinator
Department: Academics
Desired Skills: The candidate must possess good communication skills and MS-office skills.
Experience- Minimum 1 year and Maximum 3 years.
Reporting: HOD/Director
Job responsibilities:
The candidate would be required to take up the following activities:
• Coordinating with Faculties and Students. Organize and coordinate academic activities.
• Collecting session plans from faculties and creating and maintaining Academic Calendar.
• You will be responsible for scheduling lectures.
• Preparing Student Mentorship Files and responsible for Student Development Activities.
• You will be responsible for handling daily attendance for the students, publishing of attendance, and reporting the same to respective stakeholders.
• Should be responsible for completing all compliance requirements of attendance management.
• Coordinating with the academic team for attendance related rules and coordinating with students for the same.
• Should be handling the examination conducted at the campus.
• Preparing time-table for examination and coordinating with the faculty members for the same.
• Ensuring timely receipt of question papers and getting them evaluated timely and publishing the results.
• Conducting viva, presentation, and anything else which is a part of evaluation for the students.
• Maintaining high standards of examination as per the compliance and record keeping of the same.
• Taking up examination duties like invigilation etc., as, and when required.
• Take an active part in all organization's events and activities and ensure team bonding within the organization.
• The candidate should be good in Ms Excel.- Creating reports and maintaining data.
