We are looking for an experienced Academic Coordinator to join our EdTech team. The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for developing and managing the academic program for secondary level students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the academic program for secondary level students.
- Create and implement curriculum and lesson plans.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with other educators to ensure the quality of the program.
- Provide guidance and support to students.
- Maintain records of student performance and progress.
- Assist in the development of assessment tools.
- Participate in professional development activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and assessment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
