We are looking for an experienced Academic Coordinator to join our team and help us provide quality education to our students. The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the academic activities of the school, ensuring that all students are receiving the best possible education. The Academic Coordinator will also be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum, managing student records, and providing guidance and support to teachers and staff.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement curriculum for the school.
- Manage student records and ensure accuracy of data.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
- Organize and coordinate school events.
- Ensure compliance with all school policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the success of the school.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an academic setting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and implementation.
