Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Academic Counsellor/Admin. As an Academic Counsellor/Admin, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of the academic department. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • 1-3 years of experience in academic counselling or administrative roles
  • Knowledge of the fashion design or interior design industry will be an advantage

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Provide academic counselling to students and assist them in choosing the right courses and programs
  • Guide students in understanding college policies, procedures, and academic requirements
  • Assist in the enrolment process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed
  • Maintain student records and databases accurately
  • Provide support and assistance to the faculty members in organizing and conducting academic events
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and appointments
  • Handle student inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the field of fashion design and interior design
