Job Overview

The Academic Counsellor is responsible for providing guidance and support to students in making academic decisions and resolving academic issues. This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree /Diploma Holder/ 12th Pass
• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in academic counseling (experience in an educational institution is a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to empathize and build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of educational systems, career pathways, and academic requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with student information systems

Roles And Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and counseling to students on academic matters such as course selection, career options, and educational goals
• .Call students who are aspiring to opt for UPSC and MPSC exams and sale the package (of ticket siz3 3k- 4k)
• Assist students in developing personalized academic plans to ensure timely completion of their educational programs
• Resolve academic issues and provide support to students facing academic challenges
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student academic progress and communicate with relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with faculty members and other academic staff to improve student outcomes and academic programs
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling student information and concerns
