Job Description:
Digikull is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Admission Counselor to join our growing team. As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process for our online courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help students achieve their educational goals and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Engage potential customers, understand their needs, and craft personalized growth journeys to assist them in purchasing products aligned with their career objectives.
- Require 1 to 3 years of work experience as an educational counselor.
- Provide counseling to leads regarding their personal growth prospects in the education industry.
- Ability to self-manage and work with minimal supervision.
- Fulfill daily outbound call quota and talk time with allocated leads.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to enrolled students/customers.
- Meet monthly targets and unlock rapid growth opportunities within the department.
- Conduct follow-ups after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and obtain referrals.
- Utilize CRM to track leads and manage pipelines daily.
- Stay abreast of market trends and actively participate in brainstorming sessions with the sales team to devise new growth strategies.
Qualifications:
- Possess strong negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication.
- Require 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales or tele-calling (Prior Ed-tech experience is advantageous).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Customer-centric approach with persuasive ability and confident demeanor.
