Academic Counsellor for EdTech (Job Vacancy)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Counsellor to join our EdTech company. As an Academic Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, parents, and educational institutions to ensure their success in utilizing our EdTech platform effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Provide academic counselling to students and parents, understanding their needs and recommending suitable courses or programs offered by our EdTech platform.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions to promote our EdTech platform and explore potential educational tie-ups.
• Assist in after-sales support by addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for affiliate marketing, expanding our user base, and increasing brand awareness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the EdTech industry to provide accurate and relevant information to students and educational institutions.
• Conduct presentations, webinars, and workshops to educate students, parents, and educational institutions about the benefits and features of our EdTech platform.
• Collect feedback from users and communicate it to the product development team to contribute to the improvement of our EdTech platform.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using educational technology tools.
• Proven experience in establishing and managing educational tie-ups.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills to provide effective after-sales support.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for education and staying updated with the latest trends in the EdTech industry.
