Academic Counselor in Bengaluru (Job Vacancy)

Responsibilities

• Responding to clients inquiries related to entrance exams and colleges via email/ phone or face-to-face
• Provide career and college entrance information and assistance to students, and parents and coordinate day-to-day operations.
• Helping Clients create action plans for entrance exams and related college counseling process
• Preparing, organizing, and maintaining clients reports and statistical summaries.
• Co-ordinate and organize the activities of after-sales to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality
• Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services.
• Oversee all post-sales services provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of job operations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills. Ready to take up challenges on immediate effect and good dedication towards a given task
