Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with prospective students and parents to understand their educational goals and requirements.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about colleges, universities, courses, and admission processes.
- Offer personalised guidance and advice to help students make informed decisions regarding their education.
- Present our educational services and solutions to potential clients in a persuasive manner.
- Maintain regular communication with leads to nurture and convert them into clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to better assist clients.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (educational background in sales or marketing is a plus).
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
