Academic Counselor (Job Vacancy)

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with prospective students and parents to understand their educational goals and requirements.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about colleges, universities, courses, and admission processes.
• Offer personalised guidance and advice to help students make informed decisions regarding their education.
• Present our educational services and solutions to potential clients in a persuasive manner.
• Maintain regular communication with leads to nurture and convert them into clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to better assist clients.
• Keep accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (educational background in sales or marketing is a plus).
• 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
