Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Zonal Manager Academics at Shanti Juniors Preschool in Ahmedabad. The Zonal Manager Academics will be responsible for overseeing the academic operations and curriculum implementation across multiple preschool branches in the Ahmedabad zone. They will collaborate with branch managers and teachers to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and maintain the academic standards of the preschool.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the education sector
• Strong knowledge of preschool education curriculum and pedagogy
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to provide guidance, training, and support to branch managers and teachers
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing quality education
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of educational software
