VSPL is headquartered in Pune and its group has a network of Indian Model schools, Indo-British Global School across 13 locations including Pune and Navi Mumbai.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Implementation and Compliances professional. The role involves overseeing day-to-day tasks related to academic implementation in IBGS network of schools, UGPS, IBWPS network of preschools and ensuring compliances with relevant regulations and standards. This includes developing and implementing academic policies and procedures, monitoring curriculum delivery, coordinating with Principal and school staff, and ensuring adherence to educational guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to improve educational programs and support student success.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of academic implementation and compliance
• Experience in developing and implementing academic policies and procedures
• Ability to monitor curriculum delivery and ensure adherence to educational guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with Principal, faculty, staff, and other departments
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the K12 education sector is must
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field
