Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountancy Trainer.
• Develop and deliver training modules on GST, Income Tax, Tally, and Company Law in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide personalized guidance and support to students, addressing their individual learning needs and objectives.
• Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, exercises, and case studies, to facilitate effective learning outcomes.
• Evaluate student progress and performance through assessments and feedback mechanisms, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
• Stay updated on relevant changes and developments in accountancy laws, regulations, and software platforms, ensuring the training curriculum remains current and relevant.
• Collaborate with other trainers and departmental teams to enhance the overall training experience and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in accounting principles and practices
• Experience in delivering training and conducting assessments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and other accounting software
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Certification in Accounting (e.g. CPA) is a plus
