Accountant for College/University (Job Vacancy)

Job Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department - Prepare financial statements and reports for management - Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with budget preparation and monitoring - Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met - Assist with audits and tax preparation Skills Required: - Proficiency in Tally software - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
