  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the coaching business.
  • Provide administrative support to the coaching team.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the coaching team.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
  • Manage access control.


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
