Administration Executive for School (Job Vacancy)

The Administration Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the school. This includes dealing with portals like Bangla Shiksha Portal & HS Council portal etc and implementing school ERP and  other online works managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage office supplies and equipment
• Coordinate meetings and events
• Handle correspondence and communication with staff, students, and parents
• Maintain accurate records and files
• Assist with budgeting and financial management
• Provide administrative support to school leadership
• Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of school administration processes and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
