We are looking for an experienced Admin to join our school team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the school and its staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the school and its staff.
- Manage and maintain school records.
- Organize and coordinate school events.
- Assist with the preparation of documents and reports.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
- Provide customer service to students, parents, and staff.
- Assist with the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must have Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in an admin role.
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
