Responsibilities

1. Liasoning of all skill development projects
2. Responsible for creating and retaining strong relationship with NSDC, SSCs, Ministries and Departments.
3. Responsible for allotment, execution and successful closure of Skill Development project.
4. Responsible for complete business development cycle including submission, follow-up, Liasoning, approval of Tender/EOI/RFP.
5. Create a detailed work plan, course content which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
6. Managing all aspects to Training delivery, assessment, OJT, MIS and Placement and retention. Manage, coordinate and supervise overall assessment programme, implemented in the Centre under various schemes of NSDC and SKILL INDIA at University level.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or other related field.
• At least two years of working experience on Skill based project
