Administrative Officer

The person shall be responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the entire administrative & maintenance functions of the School including Hostels. He/she is required to supervise and control day to day functions and shall be responsible for general administration of the School like event management, housekeeping, canteen management, landscaping, electricity, water supply, purchases, etc. He /she will be responsible for renewal and maintenance of various contracts and licenses and also managing and maintaining various services/agencies. He/ She will work in close coordination with the Deputy Registrar of the School.
