Job Description of Admin Officer:
- To handle activities related to security & housekeeping services.
- Responsible for facility management, transport management and government liasioning.
- Administrative support towards the students, faculty and other employees.
- Hostel Administration.
- Maintain documents related to all Admin related activities.
- Oversee AMC of various equipment like lift, electric maintenance etc.
- Arrangement travel, accommodation etc. for external guest whenever required
