Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated Admission counsellor to join our team in Mumbai. As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing them with information about our courses, and answering their queries. This is a full-time on-site role where you will be interacting with students and parents, conducting counselling sessions, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their education in sports management. Your role will play a vital part in shaping the future of aspiring sports professionals.

Job function in brief:

• Calling up Students (Leads ) and sharing information about our Courses( Sports management/ Sports Science/Certification courses).
• Sharing information about the career prospects in the Sports Industry.
• Guiding students to take admissions for our courses.
• Helping the students to follow the protocols regarding the admission process and during the entire program.
• Guiding students with the documentation process
• Guiding students for their fees and loan concerns
• Coordination with external vendors for Entrance Exams.
• Handling queries post-admission, to ensure our students and parents are satisfied.
• Understanding the market strategies
• Data Management and Data analysis
• Should be comfortable making 100–150 calls a day during the season.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in admissions counselling or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of sports management and the sports industry
• Ability to understand and address the needs of prospective students
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Only Mumbai candidates will be preferred.
