Admission Counsellor and Coordinator needed in Ravet, Pune

Responsibilities

• Following the Admission process set by the school and Counseling parents to convert them into admissions.
• Converting leads to admissions
• Interacting with the teachers to help them plan the necessary academic activities in the school for the students.
• Interacting with the parents to understand their problems and then closing the feedback loop by conveying the details to the teachers to understand the students better.
• Analyzing the previous enquiries and following the laid out processes to improve the school strength.
• Conducting parent orientations to ensure that the parents know better about the school.
• Counselor should have all the information about the academics, school activities, Montessori tools & knowledge of teaching aids
