We are looking for an experienced Admission Counsellor for Pre-School to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to prospective parents and students throughout the admissions process. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for providing information about the school, its programs, and its admissions process. The Counsellor will also be responsible for evaluating applications, conducting interviews, and making admissions decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide information about the school, its programs, and its admissions process to prospective parents and students.
- Evaluate applications and make admissions decisions.
- Conduct interviews with prospective parents and students.
- Maintain accurate records of all admissions activities.
- Provide guidance and support to prospective parents and students throughout the admissions process.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment.
- Attend school events and activities to promote the school.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in admissions counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of school policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
