Role Description
Manya - The Princeton Review is seeking an Admission Counselor who is passionate about providing quality education to students. This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for delivering accurate and detailed information about programs offered and guiding students through the admission process. Additionally, the Admission Counselor will play a vital role in driving business, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, increasing brand awareness, and enhancing the company's reputation.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide Pre-sales counseling to students regarding Admissions and Test Prep products GRE, GMAT, SAT, ACT, IELTS, and TOEFL by any of the customer's preferred means -in-center, online, etc.
• Counsel students regarding educational issues such as country selection USA, UK, Canada, Europe, etc.
• Should possess in-depth facts and figures about test prep courses.
• Responsible for complete sales funnel management and ensuring updating of inquiries, solving the student queries, follow-up with students, and enrolments/ handling registrations.
• Ensure a high rate of conversion of all leads- telephonic, forwarded, and referrals to be successful in achieving the performance goals.
• Regular follow-up on old and new leads, attend events and seminars and organize workshops and information sessions for potential clients.
• Gather and collate accurate client information on prescribed inquiry forms from walk-ins and timely updates on the portal.
• Monitoring and follow-up on the creation of schedules & and other mandatory operational tasks at all locations as per the TAT.
• Maintain inventory of students’ kits and ensured timely issuance as per process.
• Be proactive in reviewing information on various courses, colleges, test prep products, the application process, deadlines, Visas, travel arrangements, legal requirements, documents, etc. to be able to propose accurately and address questions.
