🔍 Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one career counselling sessions with clients to assess their skills, interests, and goals.

Provide personalized guidance and resources to help clients make informed decisions about their career paths.

Develop and implement career development plans tailored to each client's needs and aspirations.

Stay updated on industry trends, job market dynamics, and educational opportunities to better assist clients.

Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and meet organizational goals.

🎓 Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in career counselling or related field.

Exceptional communication skills.

Completed graduation.

💰 Salary Range: 3-5 LPA*

👥 Position: Secondary Counselor

🔍 Responsibilities:

Assist primary counsellors in conducting career counselling sessions and assessments.

Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.

Research and compile relevant information on career options, educational programs, and employment opportunities.

Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.

🎓 Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in career counselling or related field, or freshers with exceptional communication skills.

Completed graduation.

💰 Salary Range: 4-6 LPA*

🔍 Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor primary and secondary counsellors to ensure adherence to best practices and service standards.

Coordinate team activities, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.

Handle escalated client issues and guide complex career counselling cases.

Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for team growth and success.

🎓 Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the field of career counselling.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Completed graduation.
