Admission Counselor (Delhi) (Job Vacancy)

Job Description

We are looking for a Admissions Counselor to guide students about IIDE’s Digital Marketing Courses. Candidates should have excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills. Should have leadership and management skills. Must be sales oriented with a passion for education and student journeys.

• Facilitate the entire admission process, ensuring quick closures of admission applications received for the region, with an average ticket size ranging from 4 lac+.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for swift conversions, aiming for an approximate target of 30 admissions in a month, and work towards achieving this goal consistently.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and their families.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about our programs, admission requirements, and other relevant details.
• Conduct outreach activities to attract potential students and represent our institution at various events.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated and efficient admission process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an admission role.
• Proven track record of handling big-ticket size sales, with an average ticket size of 1.5 to 2 lac+.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed monthly targets, with a target of approximately 30 admissions per month.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of the education sector and admission procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
