Role Description

The candidate should have knowledge regarding NEET, JEE, NTSE, KVPY, NSE, DHBBC, VVM & other competitive exams for classes 6th to 10th

Ability to handle customers in a calm, empathic, and patient manner, along with strong sales persuasion skills.

Contribute towards revenue generation by working on the sales targets and by selling, upselling, or cross-selling the company's exclusive range of educational courses to existing and prospective students and parents through personal counselling, telephone calls, emails, and other means of communication.

Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance.

Ensure the collection of outstanding fees from parents within the specified time.

Qualifications

Office Administration and Front Office skills

Excellent Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills

Experience in managing front-office operations and supervising employees

Knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office

Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations

Experience in the education industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management or a related field

Relevant skills that would be beneficial for this role include organizational skills, problem-solving skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and multitasking skills.
