Admission Executive/Clerk for School (Job Vacancy)

Job Title: Junior Admission Executive

Location: Chandigarh

Job Type: Contractual (6 months contract with rolling extension based on performance)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field.

Salary: 30,000 – 50,000/- per month

Key Responsibilities:

The Admissions Executive will work closely with the Team to assist in various aspects of the process, including: 

• Assisting the senior members in the implementation of strategies drafted for bringing in admissions.
• Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to enhance the school's visibility and reputation Responding to inquiries from prospective students and their families, providing accurate and timely information about the school's admission requirements, programs, and policies.
• Assist in enhancing the school’s visibility.
• Represent the school at various important platforms and events to build brand appeal.
• Assisting the head of the team in any designated work.
• Handling walk in enquiry, conducting school tours and providing information sessions to prospective students and their families
• Bring up new and innovative ideas for betterment of the brand image.
• Ability to work independently, and to arrange information sessions, set appointments and promote the school in a positive manner.
• Assisting in the preparation of admission materials, such as brochures, flyers, and online content.
• Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidates should graduate in related field.
• Experience in handling the Admission will be an added advantage.
• Candidate must have good Communication Skills
•  Must be comfortable travelling as and when required.
