Job Description: Dreamtime Learning Hub is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic School Admission Manager to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong background in admissions management. While we welcome applicants of all genders, this role is designed to promote gender diversity within our organization, and therefore, Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire admissions process, including inquiry management, application review, interviews, and enrollment procedures. • Develop and implement strategic plans to attract prospective students, including marketing campaigns, open houses, and school visits. • Conduct informative sessions and tours for prospective students and their families, highlighting the unique features and benefits of Dreamtime Learning Hub. • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, students, and educational partners, providing support and guidance throughout the admissions journey. • Collaborate with the admissions team to set enrollment targets, track progress, and implement strategies to meet objectives. • Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to assess the effectiveness of admissions initiatives and identify areas for improvement. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in admissions management to enhance Dreamtime Learning Hub's competitive position. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. • Proven experience in admissions management, preferably in an educational setting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build relationships. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment. • Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software preferred. • Commitment to promoting gender diversity and inclusivity in education. • To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your qualifications and interest in the position.
