Role Description
This is a full-time, target-oriented, on-site role for an admissions advisor in Hyderabad. He/She will be responsible for day-to-day admissions and student recruitment tasks, including program outreach, leads conversions to application, application conversion to admission, addressing applicant queries, document verification, smooth onboarding, and other activities related to admission outreach. We are looking for a qualified candidate to assist prospective students in the admissions process, open to travel to PAN India for outreach.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
• > 2 years of experience in admissions and/or outreach within an educational institution.
• Sound computer skills and working knowledge of CRM software like NPF, Leadsquared, Salesforce, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills of English language.
• Demonstrated sales skills, ability to meet goals and targets
• Experience in Education or a similar field, with a focus on admissions and student recruitment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in public policy, education, or a related field a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
