Responsibilities & Duties: • Serve as a mentor and guide for potential students, providing career advice and insights into how our online programs can accelerate their professional growth. • Offer personalized career counselling, assisting students in charting their career paths and showcasing how RiseUpps courses can facilitate their objectives. • Achieve weekly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets, contributing to the organizations success. • Manage the complete sales lifecycle for leads, from initial contact to closing sales and nurturing relationships. Basic Eligibility Criteria: • 1 to 5 years of B2C sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year in the education sector. • Experience working a 6-day work week. • Currently an individual contributor with a proven track record of meeting targets. Skills: • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Effective listening, trust-building, patience, and empathy. • Persuasive abilities with ethical decision influence. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite & CRM management. Key Performance Indicators: • Minimum 120 minutes of call time per day. • 1-2 virtual sessions daily, each lasting 60 minutes. • Engage with at least 40% of leads daily.
