Admissions Counselor in Delhi (Job Vacancy)

Position: Admission Counsellor

Duties:
Admission Counsellor is a key member of the Admission Team comprising of Chief Administration Officer, Senior Administration Officer and Faculty, along with interfacing with Accounts Department, Creative Graphic Designer, and students, to manage the student admissions at LBSIM Delhi. The main duties are:

1. Student Admissions through Admissions Portal - Managing the Application Form, communication (Email, WhatsApp, SMS) with student applicants, telephonic counselling and handling student queries, facilitating Group Discussion and Interview in LBSIM Delhi Campus and other state capitals and document verification of student applicants at the venue and upon admission into LBSIM
2. Advertising Admission & General Announcements in leading newspapers, magazines, MBA portals, social media agencies and monitoring the performance of these campaigns.
3. Vendor Management - Ensuring Work Order issuance, correspondence with vendors, processing of invoices, managing paperwork and MIS of the Admissions
4. Posting of Teaching and Non-teaching Positions on Company Website, LinkedIn, and processing of resumes to concerned departments
5. Facilitating Institute's publicity initiatives such as annual brochure, campus photography and video, and general administrative assignments during institute events.

Qualification

• The applicant should be a graduate with excellent conversational skills in English and moderate or intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word tools.
• Previous experience in managing student admissions, admissions portal, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools shall be highly preferred.
