Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Kolkata. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks in the admissions process, including providing information on program offerings, engaging with prospective students and families, conducting interviews, and processing applications.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales
• Education or experience in counseling or advising students
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Experience working in higher education or counseling setting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

A candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service. They should be experienced in sales and have education or experience in counseling or advising students. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a high level of organization and attention to detail are essential. Experience working in higher education or counseling setting is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
