Qualification: MBA in Marketing
Desired Skills: The candidate must possess good communication skills and MS-office skills.
Work Experience: 1 to 3 years of work experience into counseling, sales, and Business Development
Job responsibilities: The candidate would be required to take up the following activities:
- You will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the admissions department which includes counseling the leads generated through various sources and taking care of the entire admission process.
- Should be responsible for achieving the set target of student admission for the year for various programs offered by the institute.
- Preparing and maintaining the details of the student’s data and taking regular follow-up for the admission.
- Coordinating with all stakeholders for admissions like consultants, and other sources for lead generations.
- Finding out new sources for student leads and conducting meetings with them.
- Handling and maintaining CRM daily and reporting the same to the reporting manager.
- Scheduling the necessary admission processes like GD and Personal Interviews for all eligible students and coordinating with all the parties concerned for the same.
- Ensuring the documentation process as per compliance and communicating/coordinating with the students and relevant/concerned departments for the same.
- Guiding the students with the loan processes and other fee-related queries and processes.
- You must take initiatives for any other solicited work which can add value to the organization and contribute to the betterment of the organization.
