Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Build, maintain, and coordinate academic and operational support to current & prospective
students & stakeholders
• Brainstorming of new Initiatives & positioning the systems for better connect with the Student Body to streamline of the process
• Contribute towards Planning, scheduling & organizing admission facilitation activities like MRNAT(In campus), GD/PI & Telephonic Interviews & other parallel & complimentary tasks
• Facilitation of the communication Desk with the prospective parent & student community (Including but not limited to intimation of MRNAT; Selection Letters; Provisional Admission Letters; Query redressal there to)
• Supported the Office of Admissions in the end to end admissions process for undergraduate, postgraduate & Doctoral program by coordinating with the stakeholders, offer assistance in of tests/assessments and participating in the interview round with prospective
• Handled the regional admissions of North, Punjab & Himachal area.
• Supporting the due diligence and decision making process for selection of students by Ensuring accurate recording of all data in close coordination with the team and tracking from students and parents
• Efficient processing, analyzing of large volumes of data, information
• Interacting with parents/guardians/students to guide them through the application process and help understand their academic and non-academic options in a thorough manner
• Work in close sync with reporting managers for adherence of the Institutional policies
