Job Responsibilities

1. Outreach and Recruitment:

  • Developing and implementing outreach strategies to attract potential students.
  • Representing KSPP at educational fairs, conferences, and networking events.
  • Building relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with students, parents, colleagues, and external agencies for coordinating admission activities.
  • Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
  • Review the student applications for eligibility and academic qualification.
  • Participate in the decision-making process for student admissions based on university policies and guidelines.
  • Ability to prepare and present applicant reports to the management.
  • They should have a keen understanding of application procedures, and they should be able to assist students in obtaining the necessary documentation needed for the application process.
  • He/ She should have the ability to meet multiple stakeholders, prospects of students and convert prospective calls by meeting deadlines.
  • One should comfortably work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable working in a group.
  • Support the students throughout the admission process by answering the queries and helping them to complete the required documents.
  • He / she should be a self-motivated and a good team player, have a positive attitude and excellent time-management skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office

2. Admissions Management:

  • Initiating outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in our educational programs
  • Providing detailed information about our course, admission requirements, and benefits to potential students
  • Establishing rapport and building strong relationships with prospective students through effective communication and active listening
  • Addressing inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and persuasive manner to convert leads into enrolled students.
  • Evaluating applications and ensuring that admissions criteria are met.

3.Data Analysis:

  • Tracking and analysing admissions data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Preparing reports and recommendations for the admissions committee.

4.Student Support:

  • Providing support and guidance to admitted students throughout the enrollment process.
  • Guiding students through the application and enrollment process, including document submission and payment procedures.
  • Ensuring a smooth transition for new students into the KSPP community.

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • 8-10 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or outreach within an educational institution.
  • Proven experience in a sales or telemarketing role, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills and a persuasive, friendly demeanour.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team and passion to meet sales targets.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Knowledge of educational programs and admissions processes is a plus
