We are currently expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Manager of Outreach and Admissions to join our dynamic team from Hyderabad. This role is pivotal in enhancing our presence and developing strategic partnerships within the local corporate sectors and academic com munities. Role Overview: As the Manager of Outreach and Admissions, you will lead and develop academic counselors, fostering strong relationships with educational and corporate entities within the assigned territory. You will also facilitate connect with local corporate companies.Further, you will strategize and execute plans to enhance our university's presence, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new opportunities, drive engagement initiatives, and contribute significantly to our growth in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and lead a team / group of academic counselors to achieve admissions targets and enhance the university's outreach efforts.- Cultivate and maintain relationships with local corporates, educational institutions, and community organizations to promote our programs and initiatives. - Design and implement strategic outreach programs aimed at increasing the university's visibility and engagement within the assigned territory. - Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies with the university's goals and objectives. - Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and the effectiveness of outreach strategies, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance. - Represent the university at local, regional, and national events, seminars, and conferences. Requirements: - Proven experience in outreach and admissions, within a university setting, preferably for the online educati on area. - A strong track record of developing networks , with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. - Previous experience in building relationships with corporates. - Ability to strategize, execute, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - MBA from a recognized institution is highly desirable. - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
