Job Description

Designation Admissions Officer (Overseas Education) Responsibilities: • Guide students every step of their journey to discovering their dream university and program. • Assist students with university and course selection, guidance on scholarships, profile building, financing options and determine the interest, aptitude, and abilities and help guide them on the visa processes for key countries. • Filling out admission application forms and submitting the complete application to the foreign university. • Coordinating with foreign universities and admissions department for student offer letter or any other admission related enquiries. • Effectively communicating the admission requirements with students, associate partners and universites. • Setting rigorous follow up mechanisms with students and the universities abroad. • Setting new benchmarks in student experiences and services. • We are changing the way study abroad counselling is conducted, by being digital. • Embrace technology to provide real-time, high quality counselling services with the latest information at your fingertips. • Be there for students on a daily basis to ensure their concerns are addressed and follow up with universities and internal teams to ensure their application process runs smoothly • Help the clients in making a list of all documents needed while submitting their applications. • Help the clients with SOP Analysis and Improvements, Assistance for LORs, Resume editing, and Financial Documentation Support. • Manage internal support teams to ensure the overall student experience is off the highest quality and all timelines are met • Identify, develop and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives for the offices for student placement. Monitor results and initiate corrective action where required. • Collaborate with Destination Client Relations Managers, Marketing to develop and implement lead generation programs including events, client office visits, web etc, ensure counselling capacity /capability as per targets and ensure consistent sales, service and client management performance standards and benchmarks which are continuously improved. Requirements: • Bachelor's or equivalent degree • Industry knowledge. Preferably working in sector or having prior experience in student placement sector. • Experience in developing business plans, budgets and skills to monitor, review and report on progress. • 2+ years of proven ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve demonstrable outcomes. • 1-5 years counselling experience preferably in the education industry. • Strong problem resolution skills. • Experience in working with CRM systems will be desirable. • Respects diversity in employees. • Good written and verbal English skills. Salary: As per industry standards and hike on previous CTC.
