Admissions Officer (Job Vacancy)

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counseling: Conduct one-on-one consultations or on calls with clients to understand their educational goals, interests, and preferences. Provide personalised guidance on suitable academic programs, institutions, and countries based on the client's profile.
• Admissions Assistance: Assist clients in preparing and reviewing application materials, including resumes, essays, and recommendation letters. Help students navigate the admissions process, including application deadlines, standardized tests, and visa requirements.
• University Selection: Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of international universities, courses, and scholarship opportunities. Recommend universities that align with the client's academic and career objectives.
• Financial Planning: Provide information on tuition fees, living expenses, and available financial aid options. Assist clients in creating a budget for their education abroad.
• Visa and Documentation: Guide clients through the visa application process and ensure they have the necessary documentation. Advise on visa interviews and preparation.
• Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with international universities, educational institutions, and scholarship providers. Attend international education fairs and events to stay updated on industry trends.
• Compliance and Regulations: Stay informed about immigration laws, education regulations, and policies in various destination countries. Ensure clients are in compliance with all legal requirements.
• Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their concerns and queries throughout the application and admission process. Offer guidance on academic and career planning for long-term success.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
