Job Title: Admissions Manager/Team Leader and Business Development Executive (Online Education Admissions)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Admissions Manager/Team Leader and Business Development Executive for Online Education Admissions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the admissions process, leading a team of admissions professionals, and driving business development initiatives to increase enrollment and expand our reach.

Responsibilities:

  • Admissions Management:
    • Oversee the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for prospective students.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase conversion rates and meet enrollment targets.
    • Provide guidance and support to admissions team members, including training and performance management.
    • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall admissions experience.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate a team of admissions professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support professional growth and development.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that values excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive enrollment growth, including partnerships with schools, organizations, and corporations.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to promote our programs and services.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and market demands to inform business development strategies and initiatives.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build rapport with prospective students and provide personalized support throughout the admissions process.
    • Address inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience for all applicants.
    • Leverage customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to the admissions process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in admissions management, preferably in the field of online education or e-learning.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and partnership building.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
