The Analytics Lead will play a key role in developing and maintaining business intelligence reporting frameworks and tools to support analysis needs and drive operational performance. They will oversee the delivery of analytics and reporting across all levels, collaborating with business owners to meet their requirements. Additionally, they will support strategic planning by conducting in-depth analyses, often in collaboration with other stakeholders. A Typical Day • Lead the development and execution of reporting, analytics, and business intelligence strategies. • Provide functional leadership to Analytics agenda, fostering a culture of analytical thought and collaboration. • Cultivate a highly skilled, motivated, and empowered team as situation and demand warrants in future. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create effective reporting dashboards and tools. • Design and deliver comprehensive credit courses on Analytics, including lectures and assessments, to support our learners' education and growth. • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reporting and analytics, offering valuable insights and benchmarks. • Regularly communicate project prioritization and status updates to the leadership team and stakeholders, addressing any issues promptly. • Conduct detailed analyses to offer targeted insights on key business drivers, facilitating informed decision-making and enhancing business performance and customer satisfaction. • Promote academic excellence in Analytics by delivering top-notch educational content through in-person or online platforms. Your Expertise • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field required. • Ideal of 5 - 7 years' experience in a similar Analytics role preferably from a specialist analytics led organization or consulting based domain. Minimum experience required is 5 years for this role. • Experience in competitive intelligence, business intelligence, or knowledge management units preferred. • Strong strategic planning skills with an ability to set clear priorities and objectives. • Analytical mindset with a knack for identifying inefficiencies and challenging the status quo. • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, initiative, creativity, and attention to detail. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and Power BI required, additional programming languages a plus. • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, graphing, and advanced functions. • Proficiency in data visualization tools, with Tableau experience considered advantageous.
