Job Description
- Good grasp on topics related to Soft Skills, Life Skills, English Language & Pre-placement Training Programmes.
- Training the students on an integrated curriculum of English Grammar + Spoken English + Soft Skills + Work Readiness
- Preparing pre-final/final year students on Effective Resume Building, Group Discussions & Interview Techniques.
- Executing the entire Soft Skills Curriculum at the university as per COE (Calendar of Events) & TLP (Teaching Learning Plan).
- Design and develop the training content/modules.
- Maintain up-to-date standards of proficiency in the areas of soft skills training while keeping the partner university in compliance with quality control elements.
- Track individual performance of the learners during and after the trainings and conduct refresher sessions on need basis
- Conduct TNI/TNA to understand the learning & skill gap among the students and roll out action plans accordingly
- Handle ad-hoc training requests inside organization in terms of Guest Lectures, Expert Sessions, Town Halls, Webinars and Faculty Development Programmes etc.
- Closely work with Academic Operations Team and get the input/feedback shared by the learners as to where the shortcomings are in the training process.
- Design and develop the regular assessments to understand the effectiveness and impact of the trainings conducted.
- To participate proactively in any research and development activities conducted in the department.
- To use innovative teaching aids and adopt innovative teaching -learning methodologies.
- Rigorous focus on upskilling/reskilling himself. Must carry a learning attitude. Flexible and an adaptable working style.
