Role Description We are currently hiring for a full-time Area Sales Manager position at Shiksha Reform. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the Surat Region, overseeing sales activities in your assigned area. Your key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, and providing valuable feedback to the management team. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: • A relevant educational background: Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Related Field: • Sales and Marketing Skills: A solid understanding of sales techniques and marketing strategies. • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Effective communication is crucial for building client relationships and closing deals. • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the education and/or IT industry will be advantageous. • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: The ability to tackle challenges and find innovative solutions. • Independence and Teamwork: You should be comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues. • CRM Software Proficiency: Willingness to learn and use CRM software for efficient management.
