The Assessment Manager will be leading the development, implementation and evaluation of assessment strategies across curricula to support our academic learning outcomes. Ability to understand, study, anlyse and drive the assessment design and management. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Head of Assessment. Key Skills Requirement: Bachelor’s/ Masters Degree in a relevant field or Graduated from Indian Institute of Technology(IIT) or National Institutes of Technology(NIT), demonstrating a high level of academic achievement and understanding of the educational system. Minimum 4-6 years of teaching experience in a reputable coaching centre in Kota, or similar institutions with a strong understanding of the academic demands and expectations of competitive exams like JEE mains. Proficiency in data analysis and handling large datasets using tools such as MS Office, Ai tools, any other statistical software Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate team to drive continuous improvement in assessment practices. Communication skills and interpersonal skills with ability to articulate complex ideas effectively with strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet timelines in the fast paced environment. What We Need: Education: Any graduate/masters- IIT /NIT Preferrable Employment Type: Full-Time in Hyd Office Experience: 5-8 Years Location: Hyderabad As Head of Assessment: Your Key Responsibilities: • Assessment Strategy: Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive assessment strategy that aligns with our educational goals and objectives. • Curriculum Integration: Collaborate with faculty members and curriculum developers to ensure that assessment practices are integrated seamlessly into the educational curriculum. • Assessment Design: Lead the design and development of high-quality assessment materials, including question papers, quizzes, exams, and other assessment tools. Scale the volume of the questions and assessment to handle along with Ai solutions. • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics techniques to analyze assessment results and identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in student learning and performance. • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the validity, reliability, and fairness of assessment instruments and procedures. • Training and Development: Provide training and professional development opportunities to faculty members and assessment staff on best practices in assessment design, administration, and evaluation. • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including teachers, subject coordinators communicate assessment policies, procedures, and outcomes effectively. • Vendor Management • Innovation and Research: Stay informed about current trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in assessment and education, and integrate innovative approaches into our assessment practices.
