Role Description:

Teaching Responsibilities:

• Conducting classes, preparing lectures, and delivering engaging instructional sessions.
• Designing course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and examinations.
• Evaluating student performance through grading assignments, exams, and other assessments.

Research Duties:

• Engaging in scholarly research activities within the field of Business Administration.
• Publishing research findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals and presenting at conferences.
• Pursuing research grants to support academic initiatives and projects.

Student Mentorship:

• Providing guidance and mentorship to students regarding academic and career pursuits.
• Advising students on course selection, internships, and other educational opportunities.

Administrative Tasks:

• Performing administrative duties associated with higher education, such as committee participation and curriculum development.
• Contributing to the overall academic and institutional development of the School of Business.

Qualifications:

Academic Expertise:

• Proficiency in various areas of Business Administration, including Business Analytics, Operations, supply chain, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, Finance, Marketing and HR Management.
• Ability to effectively convey complex concepts to students through exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Research Proficiency:

• Demonstrated track record of publishing in prestigious peer-reviewed journals and presenting at conferences.
• History of securing research grants and engaging in impactful scholarly endeavors.

Experience Requirements:

• Assistant Professor: PhD in Business Administration or related field from a reputable university, with a minimum of 6 years of teaching and research experience.
• Associate Professor: Minimum of 6 years of teaching and research experience, with at least 6 years as an Assistant Professor.
• Professor: Minimum of 10 years of teaching and research experience, with at least 6 years working as an Associate Professor.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time-management abilities.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

This is a full-time, on-site role located at Woxsen University in Hyderabad. As a member of the School of Business faculty, the Assistant / Associate / Professor will play a vital role in advancing the academic mission and fostering a culture of excellence in teaching, research, and mentorship.
