We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant (Analyst) on Contract of 1-2 years, who will play a crucial role in supporting the operational functions at the Centre for Financial Innovation (CFI). The perfect candidate will assume the role of overseeing the operational and administrative needs of Startup Initiatives at SPJIMR.
Job Responsibilities :
• Provide administrative assistance to Program Manager, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling communication.
• Maintain databases and records related to program participants, startups, and events.
• Collaborate with team members and external partners to ensure the success of the programs.
• Support our team with administrative tasks post-start of the programme, such as tracking attendance, managing paperwork, and coordinating with mentors, instructors and startup founder participants, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and ordering supplies.
• Act as a point of contact for program participants, addressing their inquiries and needs promptly and professionally.
• Support planning and coordination of events, by coordinating logistics, managing RSVPs, and overseeing onsite operations.
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education in business administration preferred)
Location: Andheri West
Skills/Capabilities required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of successfully engaging with people
• Excellent organizational skills and attentionto detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with CRM software, lead management, and data entry
