BML Munjal University's School of Management (an initiative by the HERO Group), is seeking to enrich its faculty by inviting applications for the positions of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Full Professor. Required qualifications include: • A completed doctoral degree from an accredited institution. • A track record or demonstrable potential for publishing in leading, peer-reviewed management journals. • A proactive, collaborative attitude, contributing to the department and enhancing BMU's reputation nationally and internationally. Experience Criteria (Minimum Requirements): Assistant Professor: 1-6 years in teaching, research, or industry. Recent graduates with a provisional doctoral degree are encouraged to apply. Associate Professor: A minimum of 8 years in teaching, research, or industry. Full Professor: Over 10 years in teaching, research, or industry experience, with at least four years as an Associate Professor. Why Join Us?
