Primary Duties:

• Instruct undergraduate and graduate courses within their specialized area.
• Establish and nurture an inclusive and supportive learning environment to enhance student education.
• Assess and grade student assignments, offer constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of student performance.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of courses and curriculum, including updating educational materials and assessments.

Research Responsibilities:

• Undertake original research within their field and publish scholarly works such as articles, books, or other creative pieces.
• Pursue external funding to support research initiatives.
• Collaborate with peers both within and outside the department to foster research endeavors.
• Mentor and guide graduate students in their research endeavors.

Service Commitments:

• Engage in service-oriented activities within the department, school, and university.
• Actively participate in departmental and university committees.
• Stay current in the field through professional development activities.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with community partners to promote the university and department.

Qualifications:

• Hold a PhD degree from a renowned University of India or abroad in the relevant field.
• Demonstrate effective teaching skills at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Exhibit a history of scholarly research and publications within the relevant field.
• Possess strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues both within and outside the department.
